  • If you are in Canada on a temporary resident visa, you may be permitted to work based on the type of visa you have been issued. If you have a study permit and are studying full time, you are permitted to work full time starting on 15 November 2022 – the end of December 2023. You are also allowed to work full-time if you have a temporary resident visa with a work permit. Individuals in Canada on visitor visas do not have the right to work in Canada.
